This script is to change cell to alternative one instead of using ECO>Replace cell in 7.9.X versions.
In VX verions, Component Explorer is more convenient.
1. Select a Cell in layout and then Ref Des will be automatically selected
2. Chose a Cell Name you want to change
3. Apply
